What is the Kindness Festival?

"The world is full of kind people. If you can't find one, be one."

The Kindness Festival is a unique celebration of the transformative power of kindness.

From 5th to 11th March 2023 Frome town came alive to celebrate the contribution that kindness makes to our relationships, to our mental and physical health and to our marvellous community. Co-ordinated by The Good Heart, the 2023 festival offered something for everyone; bringing local people together in fun, magical and uplifting ways.

We will be back in 2024!

In the meantime check out the 2023 programme below to view the seven days of unexpected and creative acts of kindness and appreciation, self-care sessions, live art, crafting, music, book signings, lectures, film screenings and performance that made this year so special.

There will be pop-up events on Kindness happening throughout the year.
