About The Event
The Wellbeing Café is for anyone over 18. It is a warm, welcoming place offering free hot drinks, cake and a chance to chat, or to sit quietly if you prefer.
The Wellbeing Café is run by volunteers who know about living with mental health issues and are keen to help others get the help that they need. If you are struggling with your mental health, or would just like to know more about the support available in Frome, then we can help.

The Wellbeing Café is one of our 'Warm Space' offerings, supported by Frome Town Council. The Wellbeing Café is also funded by Spark Somerset, part of Somerset's Open Mental Health Alliance.
