About The Event
“Holding in the Light” is a Quaker practice of positively upholding people, silently bringing them to mind and expressing hopes for help and healing. In this one-hour session we will briefly introduce the practice; use art and writing to bring people to mind; hold a gathered silence; and share our thoughts over refreshments.
It will be led by members of Frome Quaker Meeting.
Suitable for anyone over the age of 14 years, of any religion or none.
