About The Event

Trained active listeners from Frome’s Let’s Talk group will be waiting in our comfy and private pod with the invitation to sit down for a few minutes and answer the question: “What do you need some empathy for right now?” You can talk about anything you like - we’re not here to answer questions, provide solutions or give our opinion…we’re simply here to listen in the hope that this is healing, cathartic or validating for you. No need to book, just pop in! We’ll have a nice cup of tea/coffee and an empathetic listening ear ready and waiting for you. The Let’s Talk group hopes that this practice of kindness will be healing, inspiring, and energizing for the people of Frome and demonstrate that the simple act of listening - something we can all do! - can be a powerful kindness to others.

Just turn up, no need to book.

Free of charge.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

This is weather dependent. If the weather is bad we will move to an inside venue. Ask the Kindness Festival market stall where to find us.
