Want to take part in this year's Kindness Challenge Inspiration but not quite sure what to do? Why not take a look at some of the ideas below to see if it sparks off an idea?

The only things we ask is that it is KIND, make sure your challenge fits one of our criteria:

Kind: Something that’s caring, thoughtful and brings a smile.

Imaginative: Be creative and have fun.

New: Stretch yourself and do something special!

Never given blood before? Register for march!
Regular don0r? Challenge yourself to get 10 friends or family to register!
Volunteer to read with children:
Ask your local schools if they would like someone to read regularly with their children (they probably will!) Or join www.schoolreaders.org beanstalk or Bookmark
Volunteers will need to apply for DBS checks through the school

Know someone who needs help with their garden? Perhaps a school, care home or hospice might want help? (DBS checks required)
