This is a fundraiser event with all proceeds going to Focus Counselling and their Young People's Well-Being Cafe which is hosted each week by The Good Heart. Ruth Blake is a UK-based singer-songwriter, therapeutic mentor and integrative counsellor; all avenues through which she expresses her passion for self-knowledge and the deeper truths of her human experience.
