About The Event
Green Community Connectors are individuals in the community who have completed this short session.
This session is open to all and gives participants the opportunity to discuss the link between climate and health and learn about what these win-wins are in our community. We explore how we can take positive steps to make a difference to our planet and our wellbeing, as an individual and as a community.
