In a world where stress and fast-paced lifestyles have become the norm, we believe it's essential to reconnect with our breath and correct any unhelpful habits that have developed.
The weekly sessions on Monday afternoons from 4pm-5pm are designed to help you reduce stress, enhance your daily performance, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. Through various breathwork techniques, we will guide you towards a more conscious and intentional way of breathing, unlocking the power of your breath to positively impact your physical, mental, and emotional states.
In these sessions, you will be immersed in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, creating a safe space for exploration and personal growth. Sookhi believes in the power of music to enhance the breathwork experience, so each session will be accompanied by carefully curated music that complements and supports the breathwork practice.
Sookhi started her Yoga and Pranayama (Breathwork) journey in India in 2011, and has since been continuing and developing her knowledge. She looks forward to sharing the techniques and exercises she has learned over the past 10 years, emphasizing proper breath mechanics, expanding your lung capacity, and releasing tension within the body. You will learn techniques to deepen your breath, increase oxygenation, and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
By focusing on correcting unhealthy breathing habits, we aim to restore balance to your body and mind. You will gain tools to manage daily stressors more effectively, improve your focus and concentration, and experience an overall improvement in your well-being.
Whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience, our sessions are suitable for individuals of all levels. We create a non-judgmental and inclusive environment, encouraging each participant to explore their breath at their own pace while providing guidance and support along the way. Together, let's cultivate a healthier and more harmonious relationship with our breath for a brighter and more vibrant existence.
