Part of KINDNESS TO OURSELVES DAY – Sunday 17th March 10 – 5 at The Silk Mill The whole day will be a journey helping you to get to know yourself better and so be kinder to yourself. Being able to say No! comes easily to some of us, but not to all of us. Sometimes, being able to say No! can be the kindest thing you can do for yourself – and for others. Mark will lead a dynamic, interactive and fun session helping us to each find and bring out our No! This is an event not to be missed by anyone who feels that they sometimes take on too much and lose their joy, or who is seeking a healthy balance between looking after themselves and looking after others.

Mark Walsh is a local embodiment trainer, founder of Embodiment Unlimited and organiser of the online Embodiment Festivals. He has written Embodiment, Working with the Body in Training and Coaching, and Embodied Meditation.  Mark has worked all over the world in settings ranging from war zones to blue chip companies such as Google, Unilever and L’Oreal.

LUNCH in the COURTYARD - Delicious hot and cold food can be purchased from Mahalia’s Kitchen between 12 and 2pm. Mahalia is a Guyanese chef and qualified Wellness Coach who previously ran Mahalia’s Kitchen in Street before moving to Frome last year. You may have already tasted her healthy home-cooked food during her pop-ups at The Good Heart.
