Boundaries – How to say No! with Mark Walsh

Being able to say No! comes easily to some of us, but not to all of us. Sometimes, being able to say No! can be the kindest thing you can do for yourself – and for others. Mark will lead a dynamic, interactive and fun session helping us to each find and bring out our No!

This is an event not to be missed by anyone who feels that they sometimes take on too much and lose their joy, or who is seeking a healthy balance between looking after themselves and looking after others.
