Sleep: why it matters and how to improve it

|The Kindness Festival’s series of Self-Care Lunchtimes opens with one of the most critical but overlooked aspects of our health and wellbeing: the quality of our sleep. This online session will explain the importance of sleeping well and the relationship between sleep and health. We will then share ideas on how we can improve our sleep. Finally, we will finish with a ten minute relaxation session.
The session is suitable for everyone and will last for 60 mins. Please have somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down for the relaxation at the end.
It will be led by Jo Fordham, who is a Senior Health Connector based at Frome Medical Practice.
