An invitation to learn and practice some simple meditations that can help ground us in our natural kindness and spread more kindness in our daily lives.

Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to join us on a regular or occasional basis. These practices are inspired by the teachings of the Buddha yet suitable for everyone. Led by members of Jamyang Bath.
